Owek. Norman Lukumu, a retired senior educationist by served as Omuhikirwa (Prime Minister) of Bunyoro-Kitara Kingdom between from 2015 to January 2018, when he was retired by His Majesty, and subsequent appointment of Owek. Andrew Byakutaaga to replace him.
